Getting into an MBB firm is tougher than getting into Harvard, so we offer support to help you through each step:

  1. The initial screening is a test based on specific candidate selection parameters.

  2. The first round of interviews involves completing two rigorous interviews, including fit questions, case study problem-solving, and Q&A sessions.

  3. The final round of interviews includes two more interviews, this time with managers and partners from the firm.

  4. The decision stage, when interviewers align their evaluations. You need two clear “Yes” to get in.

Each session effectively simulates the consulting recruitment process, offering a clear final assessment and tailored recommendations to improve your performance.

Duration: 60–75 minutes.
Language: Spanish or English.

The session includes:

  • Fit / PEI interview questions.

  • Complete case, including questions and exhibits.

  • Final Yes/No decision, just like in a real interview.
